These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

Our products—including bamboo cooking vessels, biochar, bamboo vinegar, GROZOME soil inoculants, and related agricultural or natural materials—are sold for lawful purposes only.

• Food-contact bamboo products are intended for single-use applications only and must be sanitized prior to use.
   
• You are responsible for ensuring products are used in accordance with local laws, safety guidelines, and their labeled instructions.
   

National Bamboo’s natural bamboo cooking vessels are manufactured from untreated Phyllostachys nigra ‘Henon’ bamboo cultivated without pesticides or synthetic chemicals.
Our products are designed for single-use, food-contact applications and comply with relevant FDA food-contact material provisions (21 CFR §174–178).
No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding suitability beyond the documented intended use. Users must ensure proper sanitation before use.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including those with pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply limitations.
Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
National Bamboo is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transport once products leave our facility. Claims for shipping damage must be filed directly with the carrier.

Due to the natural composition of our materials, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur.
Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the product is returned and inspected.
Custom or bulk orders may not be eligible for return.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and imagery, is the property of National Bamboo LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Bamboo LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

All products are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
We make no claims regarding specific agricultural, environmental, or nutritional outcomes beyond those supported by published scientific literature or verified testing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our products shall be resolved in the courts located in Cleveland County, North Carolina.

National Bamboo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
